Terrible customer service following a poor experience. Everything out of stock, all vegetarian options out of stock and when we ordered a substitute after 45 minutes of waiting~they brought the wrong food out. Staff were arguing with customers and the toilets had no soap. At one point the c**t word was used in front of our 3 children under 9 years.
