So I go in most weeks on a Friday. All the staff genuinely try their best and I feel very well looked after...but a special mention to Rachel who literally runs around the place to get you your pint on time. An absolute credit to wetherspoons. Brilliant. In my opinion from living in Norwich a long time now...the best in the city for service. read more.

visited today the glasshouse norwich! eating was good, service (releaing tables) slow! had a question about the staff and was greeted with rudeness when he had asked to speak with the manager, had to wait a while when I complained the woman concerned was admired and while they left them both admired! not sure that this professional behavior for wetherspoons approved! read more.
