I could not comment on other items on the menu, as we went specifically for the Steak Night, and we were so glad we did!Fabulous value! $12 for a t bone or porterhouse steak with salad (very pleasant) and chips (really good chips)...you can order a pepper or mushroom steak or gravy for an extra $2. Out on a date night we visited the Britannia. Meals were large, so no desert. Staff polite but not overly friendly, many were young. Lots of 50+ in attendance.They have special nights which were well priced too and many nearby were enjoying the roast of the day. Drink prices were reasonable. Room was clean and tidy.
