The food is good, the beer is very good, and the service excellent. It does have a bit of Irish pub feel, but the TV screens really detract from the experience....

Ordered: chef special. Great texture of fish meat(barramundi) risotto with fresh seafood dices was good enough. Chips was just so so, but I love that seasoning...

Nice pub with a good atmosphere. Overall the quality of the food is good, have been a few times and flavour good but portion size can be a bit small sometimes....

"I dropped into this little bar for a quick coffee on the way to a meeting in the next door building on a recent business trip. The coffee was very good and the staff very friendly, looks like a great place to go for after work drinks for sure."

"We ended up at Grotto after another place ran out of gluten free bases. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that not only did Grotto have home-made bases, but they also provided dairy free cheese. They do a fantastic job of catering for all dietary requirements - there is definitely something for everyone! The pizza menu is slightly unusual but provides a welcome change from the standard traditional menus. I had a potato pizza that was perfectly fluffy and light and left me feeling full and satisfied rather than weighed down with food. Service was wonderful - happy, smiling, and informative. We even witnessed one of the chefs showing a little girl how to twirl her own pizza - an unnecessary and very kind touch to her night. The restaurant itself is quite dark and small, but it is obviously a favourite with the locals - it was busy and deliveries and pickups were continuous almost the whole night. It is quite expensive, but for good quality pizza, I'm willing to pay the price!"
