What Ethan Johnson doesn't like about Republic:
Nice pub but not enough staff for public holiday. Food was borderline terrible one burger was raw on the inside and the mash that came with the pricey steak was slop and oil was separating out of it. No idea from staff what gluten free should mean (we’ve had this issue with Republic last time as well we had a nice apology for that but not the other issues. View all feedback.
