What User doesn't like about Vileroy:
I have been to the Vileroy a couple of times for coffee and always like the atmosphere. On this occasion I was at a private function in one of the meeting rooms upstairs. I can't help thinking that it was just an off-day. The staff are always very attentive and courteous.
