What User doesn't like about Patisserie Valerie:
The service at this restaurant is extremely poor. I understand that they may be busy, but the staff are completely disorganized and chaotic. It would have been appreciated to at least receive some acknowledgment from them during my visit. View all feedback.

Stood for a few minutes being ignored, waiting to be seated. Finally sat down and brought a menu. Had a lovely sit down and now enjoying my cuppa.
The food was exquisite and the coffee was outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
