What User likes about Roots Natural Foods:
The guy who runs it is really dead on! Had this not existed when I lived near it, I'd be either dead or very malnourished. They have a fridge and freezer too. A great range of vegan veggie food and natural stuff (bodycare, toiletries, etc). I highly recommend it. Updated from previous review on 2017-04-26 read more.

"Very conveniently situated across from the Bonnington Theatre on Arnold High Street with it's large car park and disabled spaces, this modern, clean and comfortable Nepalese restaurant is disabled friendly with separate access, loo, wheelchair space and WiFi too. Our first visit, courtesy of a voucher, was a pleasant one. A warm and friendly welcome, personal service by the owner, freshly prepared and cooked good quality ingredients mixed with subtle spices made for a memorable meal. There were a good number of Gluten free and Dairy free options to cater for all tastes. Portions were satisfying and the plates were hot and clean in this 5 star hygiene rated restaurant."
