What User doesn't like about The Bell Inn:
Visited today for our son’s birthday treat whilst at Uni. Pub has good atmosphere but food lets it down. Do not order fish chips, under cooked but batter rock hard. Sent back and after Mins later still the same and by then lost...interest! They did not charge for it but spoilt what we had hoped would be a nice lunch. Staff friendly and helpful but really need to get food sorted. Sorry won’t be returning View all feedback.
It is a place with a soul and a lot of history! very nice staff, great beer selection and an amazing atmosphere. highly recommended!
Saturday with a group of 12 in belfry restaurant. we have been fed by vicki great service as always eating very well.great relaxing meal all happy.

Nice place with a lot of character. Staff friendly and accommodating. My wife and kids loved their meals but I had the steak pie and wasn't too impressed.
Amazing place. When I stepped in the atmosphere catched me. The food is good, the beer is nice and cold, the service spot on. I will definitelly go back soon.
