"I am a huge fan of sushi, and I was really happy to find this completely vegan sushi place in Münster! I usually make my own sushi at home, and regular avocado or cucumber rolls, that are offered in most sushi restaurants, don't really impress me. But the food in makimaki is outstanding: the flavors, textures, presentation, every detail is carefully put in place. It is just a unique masterpiece. Yes it is quite pricey but for their level of excellence it is worth it. The service was great, and I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant too. I would definitely recommend to check makimaki sushi green! It was the highlight of the day"

"We are here several times a year for lunch. The dishes offered are extremely tasty and reasonably priced (13.60 EUR for a four course). There are only a few menus on Sundays, but there is something for everyone. The service is always friendly and accommodating. We could also convince ourselves that children like to be seen. Children's chairs are also available. We are always looking forward to the wedding soup served in a terrine for everyone."

"...because if you have a queue behind you, it might put a lot of pressure on you as Gustav Grün's biggest advantage is also its greatest bane: there is SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! The concept is easy: have the ingredients you want wrapped in dough or served in a box, take some bread with different toppings from the side of the counter if you fancy and take one of the very few seats or go on a stroll with your meal. Picking what you want, however, is not as easy because all of it is tasty, but you can't put all of it in your box/wrap. And it's this that turns my every visit to Gustav Grün into a bittersweet stress-and-relief story and that has me returning for more whenever I'm in the area"

"We visited this place to lunch, as we wanted a beautiful glass of wine and escaped the rain. the lunch was absolutely delicious lamb sausage and homemade potato chips for me, and a carbonara pasta for my friend, accompanied by a glass. house wine. it was amazed that this came only to €10 per. would definitely recommend."

"I was there yesterday for the first time in a long time. It has absolutely changed for the better. I had a fantastic forest fruit crepe there. The nice waitress, a young, delicate woman, was also extremely accommodating. Highly Recommended. The ice cream sundaes that were served there also looked fantastic."
