I visited the restaurant with a couple of friends first and have visited it umpteen times since.. The food here is amazing. Yes, they do pre fry the mussels these days to keep up with the demand but that doesn't completely take away from the dining...experience. One went prepared for a simple place with great food but the restaurant was down right dirty, the waiters very unwashed & unkempt , the loos & wash basins directly visible from the tables and we didnt even dare look into the kitchens.And the food was just passable.Recommend you go to Vinayak a mere 3 min walk away if inexpensive but clean home style Goan cooking is what you are looking for View all feedback.
