I came in to Firehouse on a wednesday thinking i was just walking into another sandwich shop. Ordered delivery. Tried the pulled pork on Hawaiian roll, it was so incredibly soggy and falling apart, practically inedible and hardly any pork — mostly just a mushy wet mess of a roll. Requested pickle on the side but they didn’t include one. Unpleasant. Can’t get a live human on the phone or even leave a message. How to lose a customer 101. View all feedback.
