We were looking for a place for lunch to take my 90+ mother and needed it to be easy access and not too fancy. HopMonk was all that. Service was very good (we got there on the early side) and the menu was great. However, unfortunately the food did not live up to expectations. Service is not improving. We arrived at the reserved time and the host told us we need to wait approx 15 min because there was a door line of 10 min. I questioned then, what is the difference to use this app and make a reservation if I need to wait the door line? Service is slow and there is not enough employees to absorb and support the clients.
