Dodo Pizza - Novaya Derevnya

We waited for the order for 2 hours. When there were 2 minutes of delivery left in the application, the girl called and said that the order had not even been sent yet and needed another 40 minutes !!! To which it was said to cancel the order .... They began to offer some kind of certificate, they say, there will be free pizza, but it cannot be added to the order right away .... As a result, the children remained hungry ... I will never order from Dodo again. The app will be removed permanently!

I was completely disappointed with my experience at DoDo Pizza Vladimir yesterday on December 17th. After receiving a promotional message from the DoDo Pizza Vladimir community on VK, my friends and I decided to take advantage of a promotional code offering a free pizza with orders over 499 rubles. I ordered 2 Dodsters cheese rolls for 580 rubles on the website and entered the promo code 09054. However, when the order arrived an hour later, there was no pizza included and I couldn't track the order on the site. The cheese rolls were also disappointing - some were missing cheese and were just pieces of tasteless and hard dough. For 280 rubles, this was unacceptable. I used to enjoy ordering Dodsters here, but now the filling is so thin that it's hard to taste anything besides dough and mayonnaise. Overall, this experience left me with a very negative impression.

I dislike the ambiance of the restaurant as it is small, dark, and located in the basement. However, the delivery service is excellent. The food is always delicious, juicy, and arrives quickly. If there are any issues, such as a burnt pizza or rude courier, they provide a promotional code or a free large pizza for being late. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there is something for nearly every taste preference. This delivery service is definitely my favorite.

The other day, we decided to order a meal from Do Do Pizza. We were impressed by the beautiful, pleasant packaging and the fast delivery - our order arrived in just 20 minutes. The Margherita pizza was delicious, with thin crust and generous toppings. It was everything we love in a pizza.
