The staff in all the shops and common areas are helpful and polite. The place is clean. Offers are however pretty limited, with mostly only 30% off (already inflated ‘retail’ price. AFAIK there’re only one central bank of toilets that while clean can only be accessed by going up one floor. F&B options are nothing to write home about. La Vallée in Paris is better.
