I recently had an excellent lunch at Antico Ristorante Primon in NOVENTA VICENTINA. First of all, I would say that the staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent. We were able to inspect the special spit (lo spiedo), apparently originally designed by Leonardo da Vinci.
