Nino's Pizza &grill from Novi khan Menu

"I really liked the place in the past.. however the service experience I had last time was awful.. I was looking to make a reservation for 16 people so I called the restaurant and was told that for that big type of reservation I should go to the restaurant every day between 13:00 and 18:00h to discuss the menu and to give an advance payment. This was what I was told by the girl who I spoke on the phone with. I couldn’t even recieved information if the reservation can be made inside. Nevermind I went to the restaurant on Sunday at 15:00h and the hostess was inceredibly not focused on our conversation she wasn’t even looking at me.. after that she decided that I need to speak with one of the waiters. Incredibly rude and arrogant behavior came up by one of them. He told me that there’s no way I was told to come in these “busy” hours (even if I didn’t see that many people and also 15:00h on Sunday.. really?? The busiest time of the day I believe.. and that he cannot pay attention to me right now.. I do not recommend this place just because of all the arrogance and rudeness I’ve recieved. Teach the staff how to behave pleace or easier- just change it.."

"Apparently every meal is precooked and heated because everything is with coriander and there is no option to get a meal without it. We ordered and they explained that everything is precooked, I prefer to have a freshly cooked meal when visiting a restaurant. Not very friendly for the people allergic to fresh coriander. All in all, there are much much better Indian restaurants in Sofia."

"There is a big parking area next to the restaurant. They had gluten free pasta which was pretty nice. All the pizzas we orderded were delicious. The prices were a little higher than most pizzas places but it was worth it. The fast service is a big plus but the atmosphere is nothing extraordinary. If you search a place to grab a tasty pizza that's your place."
