This place is absolutely the best in town great customer service and super friendly clean and organized……..I went to the one on HANGGERTY RD NORTHVILLE and is totally the opposite there are super rude CUSTOMERS SERVICE ILL NEVER GO

I've been coming to this location for a little over a year now and I am never disappointed. The smoothies are always thick and fresh and the wraps are even better!!! I miss the caprese wrap but can get pretty close to it with the build your own wrap options. I recently had an issue with a delivery order which was completely out of Beyond's control. They use a third party for deliveries and that's where the issue took place. I contacted this location and explained what happened, the manager that goes by K told me he would make sure everything was taken care of. I came in today to get my remake smoothie and spoke with Syed, he was very friendly and understanding of the situation, he whipped up an absolute banger of a smoothie for me as we had pleasant conversation. I am very happy with this company and the employees providing the services. Thank you K, Syed, and Beyond for being awesome ?

I am regular here, love this place and thus it’s more disappointing when you find a piece of plastic in your drink!

My order got messed up and the owner started calling me a liar and screaming at me in a different language. Also the workers are vaping 24/7 . Owner also talked about how he likes when people pay cash? Pretty weird experiences.
