Not exaggerating here, we waited 30 minutes only to have one of the workers tell us that they ran out of bubbles and had to make more. Total wait time was 40 minutes. It was busy, but many people came in after us and left long before us. The manager told us next time we 'll get 20% off a tea, but didn 't give us any voucher or anything so that was basically a meaningless gesture. 40 minutes for bubble tea is insane....
