Panera Bread - Novi

The suppe and the brot were as usual. the service (even if we have ordered from the self-serving kiosk) was actually much better than most of these days. the lady at the pick-up counter was polite and seemed cheerful.

I placed a large order with 11 items, and a coworker ordered a coffee for pickup. Unfortunately, someone grabbed the coffee from the pickup area, but Susan was very kind and offered me a dark roast coffee instead. She even helped me carry the food to my car. Outstanding customer service!

An excellent option for lunch! There's a great variety of food with plenty of healthy choices. I specifically chose Panera for their delicious squash soup!

A big thank you to the staff for accommodating me and letting me get food even after I left my debit card! You all are wonderful, and the meal was fantastic!
