I need to contact OpenTable. Red Lobster was unable to process my $10 open table reward card. They were unaware of OpenTable, they had never seen the reward card/credit card before. They were unable to process it because it is against their rules to input a card number without having the actual card to process. I used Open Table thinking I had a reservation, I have used this app before at Red Lobster and didn’t have to wait long even when they were busy. When we gif there at our reservation time, the hostess said she checked us in. I heard others walking in and getting an estimate of an hour wait. We ended up waiting and hour for our table of five. Always a great time and a great service at red lobster.

Our service was excellent (by maria) and eating came out in time. the food was delicious with generous portions.
