What Manas U doesn't like about Biblioteka:
The restaurant has a nice decor and could be a good place to eat but the service is not accommodating, particularly, the chef. The waiters seemed to be afraid of the chef when I asked if it's possible to remove an ingredient and replace it with another. They said it's only possible to remove but not to add since the chef won't do it, even though I was willing to pay for it. It's also pricey for what it is. read more.
