The brisket was amazing! We had the tacos and the brisket burger. The tacos were really good. The burger was just brisket on a bun with an American cheese slice which was kinda disappointing because the brisket was just so good. Basically we just picked the meat off the bun and ate it by itself. Next time we'll stick with the tacos or just get meat by itself. View all feedback.
What Frederick Johnson doesn't like about Factory South Tampa Bbq:
The food is fairly good, but wildly overpriced. We got the half plate with all 4 meats and it was 49. Ribs, brisket, and pork were tasty. The chicken had a texture we found unpleasant, but that was personal preference. We wanted to try the sauces and there was a .75 charge for each one which seems nuts at a BBQ restaurant.
