What J Sanford likes about Food Jems:
I work just down the block from this food truck spot and like the Tampa food junkie I am I slipped in here to go on a pallet adventure. Had the baller ribs. They've got that perfectly balanced lip smacking sauce over the best ribs I've had this year. Ifyou're in Tampa, or even better, temple terrace, do yourself a favor and go get some of this truck! The chicken is dry the sauce that was on the chicken taste a little tangy . But the rice is good .I?m giving it 3 star because the rice and the lady was a sweet heart ! View all feedback.
