The foods good but as far as the tostones they are never fresh. I mean these need to be cooked when ordering not from sitting from a past order. They need to be fresh not chewy

Never can seem t get your order right. Especially if you order online. Other than that, the food is pretty decent. I recommend the Cuban as it is pretty good for the price and it being on campus.

I went there last Thursday and I have to say that the takeout is not very well managed. They didn't put any utensils to eat with, although I had ordered something that requires utensils to eat, and also, they had parts of my order (chicken and fries) missing and wrong. I realized it after I was far away, so I didn't go back. Could definitely be better and definitely disappointed.

They gave someone else my order, then when the person brought it back they did nothing to replace the items inside, waited a minute then handed the order back to me. This feels extremely unsanitary, especially with a lot of illness going around during this time of year. Thoroughly disappointed.

Ran out of Ribs at 5:45 pm Saturday You payed good money advertising ribs and shot yourselves right in the foot.
