During our visit it wasn't very busy. A DJ was playing some nice music and we were greeted by a nice server. The overall appearance was and it was clean. The server took our orders after several questions.Food came out timely and hot. The wings were crispy and NOT salty which was a great thing. The worst customer service ever. Management takes zero accountability for lack of structure and staff issues. Instead blame guest for showing up. Almost two hours for drinks. Our food cane out in a decent time. I had to ask for water 3 times before finally getting up and getting it from my waitress standing at the bar.Pasta came in a boat that was too small.
