Hidden in the back of a very sketchy Exxon, this food truck cranks all sorts of Mexican staples with a wide variety of meats available. I got a carnitas quesadilla to go and it was flavorful and only $8. I recommend you also ask for the salsa and get both kinds, red and green. I found them to be pretty flavorful but not hot.
