They didn’t bother telling me that they don’t do room service. I ordered food and waited for almost an hour. Then called to check the status and they told me it’s “probably” ready. And that I can come get it. I asked if they do room service and she said no. Go to pick it up and it’s cold. Ridiculous. View all feedback.
