With it being summer, kulfis ice creams monster shakes and different cold juices are what is needed to wrench the thirst. Many Kulfi places are vying to get the customers attention in Dubai and Banarasi Kulfi is one of these places. Serving authentic Kulfi they serve quite a few types of the traditional Malai along with the fruits Kulfi and fan favorite paan Kulfi. They also have an amazing Falooda Kulfi if you don't... This is a small place outside Saleems restaurant. Very nicely decorated to take you to India. Kulfi Falooda is extremely delicious and heavenly taste with the vermicilli. The Milk is very thick and takes us back memory lane of Mumbai
Grab on some authentic Indian Kulfi right in the heart of Karama. Banarasi Kulfiwala is located under the same roof as Pind Da Dhaba and Saleems of Delhi. They have quirky outdoor seatings, giving you a view of the Dubai Frame. Kulfi is a traditional Indian dairy icecream which apparently originated during the Mughal India. I had it right after my meal at Saleem’s of Delhi which is a Mughal themed restaurant as well. Banarasi Kulfiwala has a good variety of Kulfis for only 13 AED each. I tried their Malai Kulfi and the Pink Guava Kulfi topped with chilli powder, which reminded of the Spiced Guava sold on the streets of India. I loved the Kulfi here and I am sure gonna try out their other flavours the next time I come around Karama.
This kukfi brings back memory of home with its authentic malai kukfi. Along with their traditional flavours of kesar and malai ,they have a range of exciting new flavours too. Every single flavour is made of fresh ingredients instead of the essence which makes them true to their flavours. They are priced only Aed 13 and IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Like the variety of flavors. We had the mango, malai, paan passion fruit kulfi. The latter two being the best. They are not the regular flavor hence was a bit hesitant in trying but turned out to be excellent! I think if you have kulfi plates, it will be good for sharing and this way more flavors can be tried. This is located strategically outside 2 busy and happening restaurants, which is good. But what will happen of the guy who serves in the summer?
Located outside Pind da Dhaba ... Banarasi kulfi serves the typical indian taste kulfi with a variety of flavors ... the seating arrangement is cool along with the music played on radio some nice old Hindi songs ... tried there kulfi falooda, it was rich creamy and very tasty ...
