Nous avons eu l'impression de retourner aux Antilles où nous avions longtemps séjourné. Un accueil chaleureux (presque l'impression d'arriver chez des amis), un assortiment dégustation de petits plats d'entrée (féroce, acras, petits boudins...) parfumé, chaque convive a vivement apprécié son plat principal.
