The male employee with dark hair who works the night shifts in the drive-thru is consistently rude and always gets my order wrong. He is very unfriendly and often has dirty fingernails. Every time he is working, I never receive the correct order.

Britney is the best employee I have ever encountered at any restaurant. She deserves a raise because she works extremely hard and remains cool, calm, and sweet even during the busiest times. I can be difficult to serve in the drive-thru with my screaming child and dogs hanging out of the windows, but Britney always handles it with grace, even when I pay in change and request extra sauce. She truly is a gem and I believe she is the reason milkshakes are available today. I wish every restaurant had a employee like Britney. She deserves a company car, watch, and a significant raise to show appreciation for her hard work before she leaves for a higher paying job. We want her to know how much she is valued so she can continue to work at the Thomaston Mickey D's.
