The waitresses have always been polite to us every time. The food has mosly always been good. It has its up and we been there when the food wasn't always as good. But to go back because we always feel welcome and it always professional. View all feedback.
What Jeania doesn't like about Ponderosa:
Service was slow and the food is...well, not the best, for sure. I hate to leave a bad review, but I would not reccomend this buffet. There are far better buffets out there. View all feedback.
Food ok. Sort of pricey. Be sure to check your plates for cleanliness. Waitresses very friendly.
The food was cold, chicken was undercooked, most dishes looked like glommed up messes, on the upside the desserts were good and our waitress was stellar....would not recommend eating there
The food was kind of bland compared to normal and our waitress never came to see if we needed drink refills.

The time with family was Awesome, the food was good. Only complaint was the first server was not friendly and kind of hateful.
