Although we preordered our meals for 12 people… the foods was delayed by 2 hours. Very disappointed and very poor service. Not very well organised. Only one tin...

Afternoon tea at Ego which they kindly agreed to extend the voucher for. Service was excellent and food was delicious too

Been here before for family meal and rated it a 4 star .. sadly not this time. There was ten of us out for a family catch up and pre birthday celebration for me...

"My family eat at the cafe regularly. The food is fantastic and great prices. Never ever been disappointed. Staff are very welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area"

"We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning."

"Lovely village pub, great staff and very welcoming landlord. Being from a pub background myself I have to say I was impressed by this establishment. There was a slight hiccup with the food order. However, it is a time we're coming out of a global crisis and we're all human so I understood. We're now downloading apps to order food and drinks so it all takes time getting used to new systems. The staff were wonderful and did not hesitate to offer free desserts or drinks. They were also very apologetic. As the general public we all need to understand the pressures of life today. So where you can understand don't complain, just try find an amicable answer. I will definitely be going back again. Lovely food, catered for vegan and diabetic guests, and amazing service! Thank you for a lovely afternoon and keep up the good work"
