I went to Starbucks to grab my hubby a hot chocolate and the lady who served me, I'm so sorry, I didn't catch her name, but she made my lil boys day with his cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles! Thank you so much for you act of kindness today, it really made our day and my son was super happy! What BMWRoadster doesn't like about Starbucks:
Customer service was non existent. Waited several minutes for staff to acknowledge me then I was just stared at. I gave my order, no name request. The cashier took payment no thank you or receipt offered. Order was just placed at counter. Most of tables had dirty crockery on them.
