While the restaurant does not have a dedicated vegan menu, they are able to make many vegetarian options vegan upon request. My favorite dishes were the herbal curry and noodles. I also enjoyed the delicious vegan sambusas. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about M&j Cafe:
We ordered the burrito with fries, samosas, and curry. The portions were generous and we couldn't finish everything. The curry had a delicious flavor, but the fried burrito was a bit oily, making the meal feel heavier. The prices were reasonable given the portion sizes. View all feedback.

This restaurant has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with traditional Omani decor. The food is a mix of hits and misses - some dishes like the salads are really delicious, while others like the vegetable curry fall short. The portions are generous and the fresh juices, especially the tamarind and date juice, are a must-try alternative to the typical mango and pineapple options.
This restaurant is nice and offers a variety of vegetarian dishes. The food was decent, but lacked in flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices were lower than those at beachside restaurants. The location on a busy street full of taxis was not very appealing.

I decided to try the vegetable curry with fries based on a recommendation, but was disappointed to find that the portion of fries was larger than the curry. The curry lacked spice and flavor, but the avocado mango salad was enjoyable.
