Augustiner Zur Schranke - Nuremberg

If in nurnberg I like to spend as many evenings as possible here. fantastic owners gives great service and eating / beer are delicious. always found his sohn fun to visit. also the regulars are super friendly. I felt like it was my home away from home. the owner even gave me a faraway gift.

Super restaurant in perfect location, delicious beer. perfect for the evening.

What a situation! what a look! also great beer! among other things the delicious aecht schlenkerla smoke beer (with smoke malt therefore produces the smokery of smoked ham or sausage reminiscent taste) or the noble of augustinus brown. the toilets are a bit economical, but ok.

The location is optimally located directly at the albrecht dürer house with blic on the burg and on the tiergärtnertor. eating is Franconian tasty!

You don't have to like smoke beer to visit the schlenkerla. as info: schlenkerla is a bierspezility from bamberg, which is made with smoked malt and at the first time maybe tastes a little bit in need of reconciliation. the beer garden is directly on the Albrecht-Dürer-Platz, you see everything, but is protected by the hustle and bustle. here you get original typical Franconian, my tip: bratwurstgehäckbrot to mix on yourself, had the best of my life here.
