The beer is excellent, the food is decent, the service is more than austere, nojono is a euphemism... rather unpleasant.

Summary of my review: 1 the price is overpriced it does not correspond to the quality of the accommodation 2 incorrect price charged per night (the price did not correspond to the stated price) 3 smelly tap water 4 affected privacy paper walls you can hear everything 5 towels not changed 6 inability to dry anything 7 the need to cross the street from building to building (for breakfast and reception) Review: We made accommodation in this guesthouse through booking for one night price €180 for a room with a jacuzzi. We paid the agreed amount on the spot. We showered at the hotel and left. Then we found out we needed to stay one more night so we agreed to buy one more night. In the price list, 1,600 CZK per night with breakfast (CZK 1,200 less than via booking). Phone call in the afternoon that we must pay by evening. So we went to pay and here we found out that the price is not according to their valid price list, but according to booking, even though we didn 't have the second night through booking, but we made a reservation and we arranged it personally on the spot. So we had to pay CZK 2,856 again. Unfortunately, it rained all day and the temperature outside was 17 degrees (August). After arriving at our room, we found that no one had cleaned our room (it was mainly about clean/dry towels) even though we had a sign on the doorknob from the morning that we wanted to clean the room. So in the evening we had to wipe ourselves with wet towels. It is not possible to leave towels to dry in the room. There is a ladder radiator in the bathroom, but it is connected as a heater to the heating circuit. It probably only heats up in the winter season, so you can 't turn on the ladder . Unfortunately, we couldn 't even dry our wet clothes. I went to ask across the street to the hotel reception (the building opposite the building where we had a room). Here I was told that they would bring me towels and unfortunately the heating is not working, so I can 't dry anything. For the price of CZK 2,856 per night, I have to evaluate the details. The hot tub has malfunctioning faucets (3 faucets just spin). There is also a shower on the hot tub, which is also non functional, so if you want to take a shower after the bath, you have to go to the shower corner opposite. Tiles on the floor, which you can get wet by going into the shower. Unfortunately, there is nothing here to wipe the floor with. So everyone obviously uses a hand towel. (Which, unfortunately, no one will exchange for you). In addition, the tap water smelled. In the hot tub, when the hot tub was turned on, the smell was compounded by bubbling. Unfortunately, you don 't have anything to pour/sprinkle into the water (some kind of fragrance that would overpower the smell) In the shower while showering, it happened to both of us that during the shower, cold water started to flow out of nowhere. Hot again in a moment. Apparently dependent on the other rooms, who takes a shower. In bed, when we were lying, you could hear what they were talking about in the room next door (that 's what they were talking about normally). For breakfast, they go to the other building across the street, so when it rains, it 's also unpleasant. I always found the waiter with a cigarette in front of the restaurant, and even here in front of the restaurant I argued with the waiter about the fact that we didn 't have dry towels (they delivered them to us shortly after the one before 10pm they were of no use to us). So, to sum it up, for CZK 5,712 for 2 nights/2 people, I can 't give a rating other than 1 star. The price is luxurious, but the service is not even close. In addition, we were charged a different price than they have indicated themselves. Rooms: The price does not match the room!!!
