I live and work in Nyon and me and my co-workers go here quite often for lunch. The food is always great with locally sourced and produced dishes and the service is always incredible. This is the best lucnh restaurant in Nyon/Eysins in my view with reasonable prices, good, solid food and fantastic service. View all feedback.

The Ecusson Vaudois is a simple no frills auberge a few kms outside Nyon, in the village of Eysins. The restaurant was taken over in mid 2016 by a relative of the former owner, and it is becoming more popular.
