Bad service overall at this one. Won't be returning. Definitely don't do a custom order. They will mess it up. They messed mine up twice on the same order.

"The food is decent for the price, but let us be real, that is a step above a fast food flow. Anyway, my last 3 orders were thrown back into hell and back. Either missing items, cold food or a combination of both. The food is not bad and I really enjoy coming here a few times a month with my friends and family. It seems, however, that they do not care about the quality of the customers or find a way to make the customers error-free for mistakes or inconveniences. The settings just let me know that I was not rated as a customer, so I took my business elsewhere."

"Ate here several times. The food is good and wait staff friendly, however, the wait staff forgot utensils and to fill any drinks for most of the meals had here. I keep giving it chances due to good food but never gets better with regard to service. You have to make sure BEFORE YOU ORDER to get all your utensils and ask for waters or you can end up screwed waiting with food getting cold your whole meal."

"This place is sooooo overrated. The food quality is poor. The rice is dry and it is not fresh. The fish is definitely not fresh and dry. The pieces are really small and falling off. The taste is like Chinese buffet or grocery store sushi. Over priced I went there based on reviews, unfortunately very disappointing Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1"

"We came here for lunch as soon as we got to Illinois. Downtown O’Fallon is very nice! Peel is in a great location. However, the food does quite stack up. On the good side, the pretzel rolls were great! Nice and hot, plus the sauces it came with were really good. However, this cannot make up for the fact that the pizza was not up to par. The crust was soggy and could not hold the weight of the cheese or toppings. I had to eat my pieces with a fork just to get it to hold. The flavor was only decent. But for the price of everything we ordered, I do not feel the quality matched. When we went, they were not busy so I’m not sure what went wrong. Our server was friendly though and that is always appreciated."

"Steak perfection. My wife and I both have the fillet, nicely prepared. Service was attentive and funny. Also had asparagus (perfect). Our Martinis were just as well done. This scenic steakhouse will not disappoint you!!!"
