Still a favorite place to get my ice cream. It felt depend on the location. Some are better then other choice wisely. I was a passenger on this on I was along for the ride. Went in there for ice cream and saw/had a few problems:-staff was all in the back of the store-there were large chunks of ice in one of the cones we got-saw portions of a different ice cream flavor in another one's container (saw that in multiple containers)-cones were stale-worker said the brownie sundae was discontinued but then why is it still on the baskin robbins website?
