What makes BBQ great? Some of it comes down to preference. Tender juicy meat is undisputed. Check. Smoke. Nice smoke flavor without a burnt taste or heavy smoke bitterness is my preference and it delivers on that. Sauce. There's a wide variety of sauce variations but theirs works for me.
