Mapco - Oak Grove

This review has been posted to the wrong Mapco location, I post it to the right place. Also, I will notice that the service has greatly improved since the original review, which I gave only 1 star. Stop here (Oak Grove KY Store) on 1/23/22. Didn't see anyone when I got in. I made my choice and went to the counter. Staff sat on the box behind the counter with his phone playing. Never greeted me, never took his eyes off his phone when I stood there waiting. I left my article on the counter and ran out. When I went into my car, he finally noticed me and looked at me when I left. On the road to pilot, where the service was much better. No good way to run a business, pay employees, be unattended, sit down and ignore customers.

This is my visit to Mapco. The cash registers are friendly. The snack and drinks are great. I love the reward card for gas and other promotions. The store is clean and organized. I really hope that the Delinium will be back soon. I loved the pulled pork sandwich and cookies!

Mapco is more than a fuel station it is a service station in the fullest, well live the store brand is good, the fried chicken and sandwiches are amazing and if you buy things in the store it helps to make the gas prices the most competitive. Warehouses and bathrooms are always clean shelves in stock, had never had a problem with a cashier, 5/5

Nice to know that there is an Amazon drop-off location right outside.

24 hours is an automatic plus. They have the BEST coffee in the area! A station of marshmallows, creams, syrups, sugars, and a counter of different styled coffee shocked me. This is the best MAPCO in the area, everything is always on stock and its always clean.
