"Great pizza crust and ingredients. Its like Chipotle subway of pizza! Great service with a smile at the Oak Harbor location. A personal note: the Mod crust is only 88 carbs, so for the fellow diabetics you can eat half the pizza without a large glucose spike. Crust is thin and crispy."

"Best place for coffee on the island. Staff are beyond helpful and seem to know what I want before I do. They make really helpful suggestions about menu items based on my preferences. The breakfast sandwiches and gluten-free bread pudding were excellent as were the breve lattes."

"I wasnt sure about this place at first but their food is amazing! The fried tofu are cute triangles and moist. I got the level 1 red curry with chicken and didnt expect for it to be a bit more spicy than I expected but its still good."

"We came to berry bay after having looked at the menu online and having high expectations because their smoothies looked like they would be very good. They did end up being quite good as we expected, but the service was lacking so far as to take away the four out of five stars that are missing. We pulled in at 7:35, 25 minutes before close, and was met by Aniston at the drive thru window. She displayed an immediate questionable attitude as she explained that we were unable to order any of the juiced drinks, as it would take her too long (40 minutes) past close to make us those drinks. I’m unsure whether or not it was because the workers had already cleaned up any given juicer, or that they somehow normally take 50 minutes to make for any customer, but an employee sacrificing the customer experience as a way to make sure that the end of their shift is as close to close as possible, is not acceptable customer service. As we continued to order my friend explained to her that we would be paying as three separate orders, she snarkily said “wow you guys are really trying to kill me tonight” with no sarcastic or joking tone to be picked up as a joke. From then on she smiled maybe once, counted our drinks as 1, 2, and 3 instead of naming them for us as we assumedly don’t know what they each look like, and had a dry tone of voice as if we had wronged her.I really did enjoy my smoothie, the banana berry (I think), and my expectation of flavor was 100% met, but we really didn’t appreciate the attitude displayed towards us as customers which is part of any given customer service job."

"Just had a terrible experience. First the front counter help was rude and wouldn't even make eye contact with us. Then we ordered $100 worth of food and then they said oh sorry no bartender so no drinks. We asked her to ask if Mandy could pour the drinks. She walked away for 5 minutes so we left. Then Mandy came outside and gave us dirty looks. So unprofessional and sad because I really like the catfish but because of poor server skills we will never be back. Just rude!"
