"My friend and I wanted to go for a beautiful breakfast. I ordered eggs Benedict for $28 and two lattes for $14. Totally reasonable prices for such a beautiful space, but the food was beyond disappointing. I regularly go for my eggs Benedict at the Park Hyatt a block away and it’s divine and worth the $30. This tasted like something you’d get at a cheap diner. The poached eggs were somewhat rubbery, the ham off the bone was too thick instead of delicate layers of thin shaved ham, but the absolute hands down worse part was the cheap tasting flavorless hollandaise like it came right out of a can. Luckily the space is gorgeous and the server was impeccable. Don’t go for the eggs Benedict head over a block away to the Park Hyatt where your mouth will water."

"Our dinner at Oriole was outstanding. Every dish was a different and expertly designed work of art. The creativity and skill demonstrated in each otherworldly course did not stop at the food. From the moment we stepped from the alley and into the unusual freight elevator, we encountered thoughtfulness and attention to detail that I’ve not experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend Oriole!"
