Fair. Slow service, dirty tables… food was good though…

We were sat quickly and all the staff was very kind to us! We enjoyed that while the staff was prompt and on top of everything, they didn’t hover over our table. The appetizer we got was SO incredible. We got the pretzel bites with cheese and I would go back simply for this. Amazing!! Of course I didn’t get a photo of them. Ugh. Food is mediocre. Service is pathetic — slow and not friendly.

I've eaten at this location and on Madison for a while as I like their burgers (fries are sadly almost always limp). Service is spotty at best. Last time there the food arrived, no (i.e. zero) napkins, no silverware, no water refills, and when asked for each of these items, it took forever to get them. I used to come here somewhat regularly ~5years ago. The food has become somewhat hit or miss. I have yet to be truly disappointed with it, but this past time I ordered a Mac cheese that was lacking in the cheese department and was over baked (noodles on the surface were very dry) but the rest below was excellent. My friend ordered a burger he absolutely loved. I normally order spuds which have never disappointed me.
