"My family and I (vegan) love Sobol. All their smoothies and bowls are vegan without honey, but I don't think their waffles are. They offer vegan protein to add smoothies and have a variety of toppings for shells. They have three types of shells; açaí, Pitaya and green. You also have coffee what I heard is good. What I really enjoy about Sobol is that her granola is homemade and completely vegan and they also offer nut-free granola! The only cons are the prices and the fact that it is not completely organic."

"I?ve been to this location so many times but this time I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself. What a great down to earth individual...I was with my mom and 2 kids and learned a lot about him in the few minutes we were there. "Every time I travel, I visit the local coffee shops and cafés. I now travel most days 40 minutes to my son 's soccer practice at SUSA in Central Islip. Because practice is in the evening, I don 't think about coffee as most shops are closed, but notMilano Bean Cafe. They are open until 9 p.m., so I made my first of I 'm sure many visits. I did not try any of the largeassortment of great looking pastries. I 'll visit with the family again for that. I did get my usual Americano, and it wasfantastic. Full rich Italian coffee taste that I wish I could reproduce at home. There is plenty of comfy seating, and theplace was extra clean and well decorated. I will be back and highly recommend this cafe."
