What Elena Williams doesn't like about Boston Market:
Very disappointed. Ordered a meal from this Boston Market via Door Dash. A chicken noodle soup was a part of my meal. They crossed it off the receipt and simply wrote sorry, no soup . An alternative side was not offered nor any compensation. I paid for the soup, as it was a side of my meal and I simply get a sorry, no soup . Tf? Didnt even throw any extras in the bag. Never, ever again. SMH. Terrible customer service... View all feedback.
