Great concept, open airy. Love seeing a working commercial kitchen sharing walk-in space with a supermarket, and vice versa. Prep-cooks mingle with shoppers as they gather ingredients directly from the market to prepare menu items. Found the very sci-fi looking Romanesco broccolli, one of my faves! View all feedback.
