Kronnerburger - Oakland

We had a pleasant lunch in a quiet atmosphere that allowed for easy conversation. However, I specifically requested my burger without aioli, sauce, or mayo, but it was served with it anyway. The server tried to insist it was a different sauce, but the waitress quickly rectified the mistake by bringing me a new burger prepared correctly. The waitress was fantastic, but the server was not attentive.

First the good points. The drinks were great. The fries outstanding, and the onion rings the best we have ever had. They were crispy and light. I had the pickle brined fried chicken sandwich and it was good, although they were heavy on the mustard sauce. My partner got the Kronnerburger and he could not eat it. I kid you not it was like chewing a tough steak. I even tasted it and the texture was completely inedible. The service was great, but since he and I ate over half the burger, we felt it was not appropriate to ask for anything off our bill. I do not think we will be back for burgers, but the place was fun to be at.

The chicken at this restaurant is excellent, but the hamburgers are disappointing as they lack juiciness.

We had a great experience at the restaurant on fried chicken and ribs night. The food was delicious and Chris, the cook, did a fantastic job. The biscuit was particularly noteworthy. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

I absolutely love everything about this spot! Every item on the menu is worth trying! The service here is A+! This burger is worth the price it is extremely satisfying. The breakfast fries are delicious and the cinnamon biscuits are amazing. My favorite part was the honey pie so perfect! The milkshake was solid too! Everything about this place is pleasing!
