Walking into this restaurant felt like walking into a candy store, but with a spicy twist. It was so fun to look around and see all of the seasoned mixes and gift boxes they had available. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While I couldn't find the Sunthi ginger I was looking for, they were able to suggest a similar substitute. Most of their products were naturally vegan, with the exception of a pack of marshmallows that contained gelatin.

Oaktown Spice Shop offers a wide selection of herbs, seeds, spices, chiles, extracts, teas, coffee, curry powder, and even aromatherapy essentials like essential oils. They also have a variety of cinnamon sticks, dried mushrooms, and beet powder. I found a great vegan cookbook called Vegetable Kingdom here, as well as vegan biscuit mix and vegan brownie mix from Renewal Mill. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Don't miss out on this shop, you won't be disappointed!
